For background/Layouts

You still need to set your template to MINIMA!
(Remember that you aren't going to lose your widgets)
1. Click "Customize" at the top right corner of your signed in page
2. Click "Add a Page Element"
3. Find "HTML/Java Script" and click "Add to Blog"
4. It should say Configure HTML/Java Script. In the large white box, paste this entire HTML code into that area:

Pick a layout you would like and copy the link underneath it. Leaving the parenthesis, paste the link where it says DIRECT LINK  And it's done ^-^ well done!

For : Header(White Background)

1. Simply just save the image.

2. Then go to your blogger' layout.

3. Follow by click on the Header in the layout.

4. Remember to click SHRINK TO FIT before you upload the photo.

And there you go .... a Header is fix.

For : Header(Coloured Background)

1. Click to the destination to download the file and then to the "Paint" in your start button (in your computer) write the word you desired and remember to make them to transparent background before you safe them. 

2. Then go to your blogger' layout.

3. Follow by click on the Header in the layout.

4. Remember to click SHRINK TO FIT before you upload the photo.

And there you go .... a Header is fix.

For : Footer

1. Simply just save the image.

2. Then go to your blogger' layout.

3. Follow by click on the Footer in the layout.

4. Remember to click SHRINK TO FIT before you upload the photo.

And a Footer is fix.

For : Side bar Tag

1.    Click the download" link below the tag collection and save it to your computer

2.    Unzip the sidebad tags and save to desired location

3.    Log into your Blogger account

4.    Click on the tab that says"Layouts"

5.    Click "Add a Gadget"

6.    Select "Picture"

7.    Now click " Browse"

8.    Select desired tags and click "open"

9.    Now click " Save"

10.  Drag picture (new) to desired location and click " save"
